Deadlines

There are two deadlines in Animi.

1. Pending Deadline

A request starts with a "Pending" status once sent.

Pending request is active for 30 DAYS until it expires. This starts once a request is sent.

Expired pending requests are automatically canceled.

Pending request does not get charged.

2. Accepted Deadline

Once a request is accepted, the client will get charged for the amount.

Accepted request is active for 60 DAYS until it expires. This starts once a request is accepted.

Expired accepted request is still active until a refund is issued by the client.

Refund Status

Once an accepted request goes beyond the deadline, you will see a refund button on your dashboard. Please click this button to initiate a full refund. No question asked.

Refunding a request will automatically cancel the request.
